In January, Denver offers a variety of events, many of which embrace the winter season. A major highlight is the National Western Stock Show, which draws in visitors for its rodeo, livestock shows, and entertainment. Beyond the rodeo, attendees can enjoy exploring agriculture and forestry exhibits, veterinary practices, and media displays. For those interested in the arts, the Colorado Ballet often has performances during this time of year, as does the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, with a varied program of music. Theater enthusiasts can find captivating plays and musicals staged at venues like the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre… sports fans can enjoy professional hockey and basketball (and possibly still some local NFL if the Broncos make the playoffs).
